Vinyasa is movement tied with the breath and poses “flowing” from one to the next. Plenty of options, modifications, and cues provided. Accessible, slow and uncomplicated for all levels. Class wraps with a guided meditation. Playlist will be provided via a Spotify link but not streamed live, so feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer!
