Vin-Yin

This class mixes Vinyasa (flowing movement paired with the breath) and Yin Yoga (prolonged holds that release connective tissues).  The pace of class will be slow, with uncomplicated and accessible poses for all levels.  Bring a thick blanket, a cushion, or yoga blocks if you have them!  Playlist will be provided via a Spotify link but not streamed live, so feel free to bring your own!
