Sunday Scaries Yoga & Meditation for all levels! Sundays can bring up a lot of feelings. In this class we’ll build a little bit of heat through slow and uncomplicated movement and breath, then spend plenty of time winding down and stretching out, finally settling in to a guided meditation. Give your nervous system a treat, release some stress, and enjoy a bit of self-care.
