Anti-Manic Monday 20 min Yoga & Meditation! Mondays can be rough. Even 20 minutes of mindful movement can make all the difference. In this class we’ll move slowly and gently for 15 minutes, then find calm during a 5 minute guided meditation. Suitable for all levels, great for beginners! Give your nervous system a treat, release some stress, and enjoy a bit of self-care.
